How do I order?

Add To Cart. Repeat. Checkout. Confirm Payment.

We'll provide you with the shipping details for pick up or delivery once your payment has been confirmed.

 

Can I just place my order via Facebook or Viber?

All orders are centralized through our website for our small team to not miss any details regarding your order. Aside from viewing the complete product details, you also earn points for every purchase!

 

Do you have an order cutoff?

Yes, order cutoff is 2:00 PM the day before delivery. Please be informed that only paid orders will be processed. Pick up and delivery schedule is from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

 

Is there a minimum purchase amount needed to place an order?

Yes, a minimum order of Php 450 is required to place an order with our standard delivery fees.

 

For orders below Php 450 or above 20KG, we recommend our customers to pick up your orders at MerQado HQ or the customer shall shoulder the shipping fee.

2. PAYMENT

 

How can I pay?

We accept payments via BDO Bank Transfer, GCash and Paymongo.

 

Do you save my debit or credit card information?

Rest assured that all debit and credit card information will not be saved in our system. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). You may view our Privacy Policy here.

 

3. SHIPPING

 

How will I know when my order will be delivered?

Upon confirmation of your payment, a member from our Community Care Team shall confirm the delivery date of your order.

 

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the following areas from Mondays to Fridays with the respective deliver fees. 

A minimum purchase of Php 450 is required to avail our standard shipping fees for every order with limited weight of 20KG

 

 

How are the orders packed?

Orders are either packed in carton boxes or PE plastic bags. Rest assured, our team follow safety protocols in the process.

4. DELIVERY

 

How much do you charge for the delivery fee?

A standard shipping fee of Php 85-250 applies for the delivery areas below. Addresses outside of this area is available upon request.

 

 

Do you deliver on weekends?

We do not accept Saturday and Sunday deliveries. Orders are available for delivery or pick-up on Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM.

 

Do you accept deliveries outside Metro Manila?

Yes, deliveries outside Metro Manila are accepted. Please be advised that shipping fee and arrangements with be c/o the buyer.

 

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Orders placed and paid before the 2:00 PM order cutoff will be available for next-day pick-up or delivery from Monday to Friday. We shall notify you regarding shipping details for pick up or delivery once your payment has been verified.

 

How do you deliver?

We deliver your orders through third-party delivery drivers via motorcycles or vehicles.

 

How can I track my order?

The assigned rider shall contact your once s/he is in transit and nearby. Please be ready. The driver shall only wait for a maximum of 10 minutes upon arrival for you to receive your delivery.

 

What happens if I am not available to receive my package upon delivery?

The customer shall book his own rider at his own expense for the order to be picked up at MerQado Food Ingredients HQ. We shall keep your order safe and secured until you are available to claim your order.

 

Can I book my own third-party logistics courier?

Yes, you may book your own rider. Kindly select "Pick up or delivery c/o buyer" upon checkout. Our Community Care Team shall notify you once your order is ready for pick-up.

 

5. PICK-UP

 

Do you have a physical store?

Yes, we do! MerQado Food Ingredients HQ is located at OPVI Center, 2295 Chino Roces Ave., Makati City. Store hours is from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Due to the DOH Covid-19 Policies and Regulations, please contact us at least 3 hrs before your visit to reserve a slot for us manage our store capacity.
